Welcome! Thanks for joining. Keep a look out for a welcome email with the timeline of the program and links to schedule your first coaching call with Gina.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT OVER THE COURSE OF THE PROGRAM?

We'll begin with a one-on-one coaching call to set you up for success. Each week you'll watch a one-hour training video and join our group coaching Zoom call. You'll also get access to daily exercises and community on the Positive Intelligence® app.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T JOIN THE WEEKLY CALLS?

No worries, we've got you covered! Weekly group calls are recorded and shared by email the following day.

HOW DO I BOOK THE 2 HOURS OF ONE-ON-ONE COACHING SESSIONS?

After joining, you'll receive the link to Gina's calendar to book your sessions.

HOW MUCH TIME OUT OF MY WEEK WILL I NEED TO DEDICATE FOR THIS PROGRAM?

To get the most out of this 12-week journey, you'll need to set aside 2 hours per week and 10-15 minutes a day for mental exercises.
